Producer – Dick Averson, Ron Marquisee. Original issue of what would later be released on De Wolfe as "Electrobeds". My copy has Media Artists Incorporated label info hand-crossed-out and replaced with De Wolfe info. Gotta say I love this record, and it's a pretty impressive effort on the Moog modular for 1970 by some obscure noname artists out of Syracuse NY at a time when most were still trying to figure out how to use the synth if they could even afford one. I wonder if the names are pseudonyms as there really were only a handful of people able to do this in 1970. Any theories or inside knowledge floating around out there? Oh wow, I just noticed your reply! Very interesting info, thanks much. Would be cool to dig up his other work if any other electronic/experimental stuff exists. The mystery remains of why Morris' name was removed from the credits in the later De Wolfe issue (credited only to Ronald Marquisee).

I saw this and just have to reply. Franklin Morris was a long time faculty member in the music department at Syracuse University in the 1960's - 70's. I took a class from him in Renaissance Music techniques. Brilliant man. He could explain any technique from the renaissance to present day. He was a pioneer in electronic music starting a electronic music studio at SU in the 1960's before it was fashionable. Yeah, he was a little out there. I remember going to a concert at the Everson Museum in Syracuse put on by him and some SU students. While he fooled around at his keyboards making all kinds of sounds people were screaming and throwing bunny balloons all around the hall. It was pretty wild.
