Phoenix Rising (formerly known as Phoenix Rising, Fire & Ashes and, originally, as Quinta Enmienda) is a symphonic power metal band from Alcorcón, Madrid, Spain. Their music is strongly influenced by bands like Stratovarius, Rhapsody of Fire, Galneryus, and Sonata Arctica. The band was established in 2007 as "Quinta Enmienda", and they released an album, Ne Bis in Idem, with that name in 2010.

Phoenix Rising is a combo CD/DVD live album by the Mark IV of Deep Purple. It includes the concert film Rises Over Japan, directed by Tony Klinger, and was released in 2011. It also includes a new documentary about the 1975/1976 tour. The concert film was made at Budokan Hall on 15 December 1975. The concert was released on LP in an incomplete form as Last Concert in Japan in 1977 and the whole concert was issued in 2001 as This Time Around: Live in Tokyo. Tracks recorded in Japan are taken from the album This Time Around: Live in Tokyo. Tracks recorded in Longbeach are taken from the album King Biscuit Flower Hour Presents: Deep Purple in Concert.
