Anti-Meridian (album). Anti-Meridian is the third studio album from the band Brave Saint Saturn. The album's title is the reference to the fictional energy source created in the album's story. It is also a play on the word "ante-meridian", or "AM", referring to the hours of the day before noon. Fans then created "Saturn's Fist - The BS2 Mercenary Army," a site that opens the music player for the clear channel contest and the page automatically refreshes every time the song finishes.

Words are always not enough to describe music, never the less in this
case, where Akin Khan shows his mature understanding of electronic
music, in this deep and soulfull album.

Every track sounds as a statement of melody and harmony from a very
techno meaning of the words. Whether it goes in straight 4 x 4
classic drums patterns, trough broaken beats, to disolved toms; Akin
takes advantage of any resource at hand to drive the listener into the
deepness of sound and abstract landscapes, developed from a beautyful
retro-futurisim musical aproach.

You have it all, as music lover you will loose yourself trough
Meridian’s music journey, and as DJ or Live performer, you’ll have
fantastic oportunity to make your sets go further in the direction of

Released way back in 2009 on Warsaw based Soleil Records when people my age were just starting to break-through into the mainstream from dubstep circles, this melodic techno album deserves more then just a mere shining of a spot light towards it.Living in Wuppertal, Germany, Akin Khan cites influence from the likes of Jeff Mills’ Waveform Transmission Vol. I, Robert Hood’s Minimal Nation, Kenny Larkin’ Metaphor and Laurent Garnier’s Shot in the Dark. He’s also a fan of soul and jazz music. In his own words"Techno made me a music lover, but I was not limited to one style."This comes across distinctly in the variation and content of his album, which is constantly engaging the listener through its peaks and troughs.Technically Akin Khan is gifted with impressive amounts of attention to detail on the various tracks, which seem to explore a sound orbiting somewhere round Michael Golding’s and Steve Rutter’s B12 project and their highly regarded archive album Volume 1.Take the track Chamber Skills for example; from the start you are taken on a futuristic voyage of downbeat techno, Synths gliding in and out of heavily drenched atmospheres.
