Hellbelly was born in early 2004. Since then, they have rehearsed their self-composed heavy metal songs in otheir rehearsing studio in Lund, Sweden. Their music is heavy and distorted and their riffs sound a bit like our influences Slayer, Black Label Society, Monster Magnet, DIO and, of course, Sabbath. Late 2006 the band's debut album was unleashed.

The album debuted at number six on the Billboard 200 charts selling an estimated 121,000 copies in its initial weeks’ release. By September 29th, Hellbilly had already shipped over 500,000 copies which earned the album a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. By November 4th the album had attained platinum status and by April of the following year multi-platinum. Three singles were released for Hellbilly including Living Dead Girl, Dragula and Superbeast– all tracks that are still played by Zombie in his live shows.

Hellbilly Deluxe (released with the subtitle 13 Tales of Cadaverous Cavorting Inside the Spookshow International) is the solo debut studio album by American musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie. The album serves as his first release outside out the band White Zombie, with whom he released two multi-platinum studio albums. The album took an estimated ten months to complete. The majority of the album was recorded at The Chop Shop in Hollywood, California.
